※J shape stack box :fabrics move into the box by active rubber roller, so that the fabric is fully wet, open width loose fabrics move through the small ring on the padder to become rope shape.

  • Detail instructions for every chamber:

※This machine can be divided into 3-4 parts according to customer's production requirements. When the fabric moves from one chamber to the next, the fabric is effectively washed and squeezed. The process reduces the pollution of waste water to the fabric, and at the same time improves the washing effect. The wastewater undergoes countercurrent flow between the same section of chambers, and at the same time, the wastewater can be transported from one chamber to the second chamber according to specific process requirements.

 

※Due to the countercurrent conveying system, the fabric is constantly immersed in the liquid, there is no tension at all, and each part is independent. Each chamber has its own temperature control device (maximum operating temperature 98°C), and each chamber is equipped with inlet valves for water, chemical additives,heat exchangers, circulating pumps and a replaceable filter.

 

※Each chamber has a squeezing point with a pair of rubber rollers upside, which eliminates the problem of fabric slippage or weft yarn shedding. The drive adopts an independent frequency conversion AC motor to ensure synchronization and continuous speed regulation. Each chamber has its own control unit to keep the amount of fabrics evenly, thereby ensuring the equivalent soaking storage time of entire batch of fabrics. Each chamber can hold 500L of water and 200 meters of cloth.

 

※Convenient, fast and reliable man-machine interface, fully automatic touch and visual operation mode is realized in all process parameter settings, which further reduces the quality requirements for users; batches automatically record process parameters, such as speed,consumption and temperature.

 

 

  • Rope Washing Machine’s recycle system:

※Each chamber can be heated,with a indirect steam heating device,auto control of temperature

 

※Whole machine equipped with three water inlet connections,users can install with a three way joints for each connection for tap water and recycle water at same time which saves water and make it efficient.
